Loveland, CO August 2, 2023 – For immediate release
Advanced Conversion is very pleased to announce that our Colorado location has expanded its facility and is now operating as a prototype manufacturing facility. The expansion comes in addition to the engineering services and bus bar fabrication already offered.
In 2020, Advanced Conversion Colorado moved to a new facility which offered workshop space for small production tasks, like busbar assembly and repairs, and with the hopes of expanding production services in the future. In May of 2023, Advanced Conversion leased the space next door and connected the two spaces to create a larger facility with enough room for the necessary machines and testing equipment to produce prototype Integrated DC Link Capacitor builds.
“In addition to owning the initial design, our engineering team is now able to own the manufacturing of prototypes orders. This gives us the ability to learn from observing the assembly process and apply that knowledge to future revisions and orders” states Engineering Manager, Matt Dwyer. He continued “Our capacitor assemblies continue to provide custom integration and optimized performance to industry leaders around the world.”
“We are very proud of the expansion of both size and capability at the Loveland Colorado facility” states Ed Sawyer, Director of the ETI Capacitor Group. He continued “This additional capacity will shorten lead times for prototype orders and provide faster ‘go to market’ for our customers around the world.”
Advanced Conversion Colorado has already successfully built prototype orders and is able to ship domestically and internationally and has the tools to palletize shipments if necessary.
